Answer 8 quick questions
Honest answers give you the most accurate clinical guidance.
1. Are you currently on Testosterone Replacement Therapy?
Who is TRT suitable for?
TRT is a long-term medical treatment. These are the primary clinical criteria assessed before prescribing.
Confirmed Low Testosterone
Blood results showing total or free testosterone below normal reference ranges on at least two separate morning samples.
Symptoms Present
Clinical symptoms consistent with hypogonadism — fatigue, reduced libido, mood changes, muscle loss, brain fog, or poor sleep.
No Contraindications
No active prostate cancer, untreated severe cardiovascular issues, or active severe polycythemia.
Adult Men (18+)
TRT is appropriate for adult men aged 18 and over. Younger men with symptoms require specialist endocrine evaluation.
UK Resident
We prescribe and fulfill medications within the United Kingdom in accordance with UK regulations.
Committed to Quarterly Monitoring
All patients must agree to mandatory quarterly blood safety reviews to keep treatment safe and effective.
A two-stage assessment before prescribing
We start with a focused testosterone profile. If levels are low or borderline, a comprehensive 56-marker profile is arranged 4 weeks later to confirm deficiency and give the full picture needed to start TRT safely.
Stage 1 — Consultation & Profile
Initial TRT consultation and Testosterone Profile (4 markers: total & free testosterone, SHBG, albumin) collected in clinic between 8am–11am. £179 with £25 deposit.
Clinical Review
Matthew Smith ANP reviews your results alongside your symptoms. If testosterone is low or borderline, a comprehensive profile is arranged. If normal, alternative investigations or GP referral may be advised.
Stage 2 — Full Picture
4 weeks later, the Essential Health & Hormone Profile (56 markers) confirms persistent deficiency and assesses overall health before treatment. £199.
TRT Plan or Pay-as-You-Go
If TRT is appropriate, choose your pathway: a monthly subscription plan with quarterly monitoring and at-cost pharmacy delivery, or pay-as-you-go treatment. Medication dispensed by a registered UK pharmacy.
