2. We send a booking link
Your clinician sends you a booking link by email with the exact tests you need and any preparation instructions.
3. Book a nearby Randox clinic
Choose a participating Randox clinic close to you at a time that suits — subject to availability — and attend for your blood draw.
4. Results return to us
Your results are sent straight to Smiths Medical Group. Our clinicians review them alongside your history and share clear next-step advice.

Price & payment
The online consultation fee starts at £75 and is paid in full at the time of booking — no separate deposit is taken. The Randox blood tests themselves are charged separately at the clinic, and we confirm the exact tests and costs before you book.

Your results are reviewed alongside your symptoms and medical history by our own clinical team — with clear advice on any recommended next steps. If follow-up with your own GP or a specialist is appropriate, we'll explain why and, with your consent, can share your results and a clinical summary to support your ongoing care.
