Vitamin B1 & B6 Blood Test
A focused blood test measuring two B vitamins involved in energy metabolism and normal nerve function. It may help investigate suspected deficiencies or assess vitamin levels where your diet, absorption, medical history or supplement use gives cause for concern. Please book following clinical advice so we can confirm that this test is suitable for your needs.

What does it check?
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine): Supports normal nerve function and helps your body release energy from food
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): Helps your body process protein and carbohydrates and supports haemoglobin production, which allows red blood cells to carry oxygen
Who may benefit?
This test may suit anyone with symptoms such as persistent fatigue, tingling or numbness, low mood or reduced concentration where a B-vitamin deficiency is being considered, particularly those with restricted diets, poor absorption or long-term supplement use.
