Anti-Wrinkle Injections (Lines & Wrinkles)
Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medicine used to soften lines and wrinkles across the upper face. Before treatment, you receive a full clinical consultation with our Prescribing Advanced Nurse Practitioner to assess your concerns, medical history, suitability, expected results and potential risks. Treatment is individually tailored to your facial anatomy to achieve a balanced, natural-looking result.

Areas this treatment can help with
- Frown lines – vertical lines between the eyebrows
- Forehead lines – horizontal lines across the forehead
- Crow's feet – lines around the outer corners of the eyes
- Combination treatments (1, 2 or 3 traditional areas for overall facial balance)
The treatment in plain terms
Botulinum toxin temporarily relaxes the targeted facial muscles, reducing repetitive movement so the overlying skin can smooth out. Dosing and injection points are carefully calibrated to your muscle dynamics so your natural expressions are preserved. Forehead treatment may sometimes require the frown-line area to be treated alongside it to maintain an even, harmonious brow position.

The Science Behind Anti-Wrinkle Treatment
The lines and wrinkles of the upper face are caused by repeated contraction of the underlying muscles every time you frown, raise your eyebrows or smile. The frontalis muscle lifts the brow and creates the horizontal forehead lines; the corrugator and procerus muscles between the eyebrows bunch the skin into vertical frown lines; and the orbicularis oculi around the eyes creates crow's feet. Over years of repeated movement, the overlying skin creases more deeply and the lines become visible even at rest. Botulinum toxin type A is a prescription-only medicine that temporarily reduces the nerve signals telling these muscles to contract. With the muscles at rest, the overlying skin can smooth out and the lines soften, while your natural expressions are preserved by careful, individualised dosing. The effect is gradual and temporary, typically lasting around three to four months, after which muscle activity gradually returns and treatment can be repeated.
What the treatment can help with
Facial Aesthetics Options & Consultation Fees
Detailed breakdowns of our traditional facial area packages, consultation services, and 2-week review process.
One Area – Facial Aesthetics Consultation & Treatment
Assessment and treatment of one traditional facial area: Frown lines (vertical lines between the eyebrows), Forehead lines (horizontal lines across the forehead), or Crow's feet (lines around the outer corners of the eyes). Forehead treatment may sometimes require the frown-line area to be treated as well to maintain a balanced, natural result.
Two Areas – Facial Aesthetics Consultation & Treatment
Assessment and treatment of two traditional facial areas selected from frown lines, forehead lines, and crow's feet. Individually tailored to achieve a balanced, natural-looking result following assessment of your facial anatomy and muscle movement.
Three Areas – Facial Aesthetics Consultation & Treatment
Assessment and treatment of all three traditional facial areas: frown lines, forehead lines, and crow's feet. Tailored following assessment of your facial anatomy and muscle movement for harmonious, natural facial rejuvenation.
Consultation & Treatment – Unsure Which Treatment to Choose
Suitable for clients considering anti-wrinkle treatment who are unsure which areas or treatment option would be most appropriate. Includes an assessment of your concerns, facial anatomy and muscle movement, with a personalised recommendation across traditional or advanced areas.
